Wrist/Ankle cuffs are saved as wearable presets for G3M/G3F/G8M/G8F with 2 poses, head up/down.

For easier rigging, after load figure and load wearable presets, you can parent the figure to the Chainpullley by dragging the figure to the Chainpulley in “scene” pane.
And parent the chain pully to the “moving part” of the girder.moving the part will change the location together with chainpully and the the figure under that.
