Real-world scale (cm)

High-resolution custom textures and materials. Many textures are scan-based, others done procedurally. All aim for photorealism.

Suitable for closeups and street-level shots. (Not suitable for aerial shots as the roofs aren’t modeled or textured).

Mesh is split by materials and all separate buildings are grouped separately for easy placement.

Includes a section of walkway and curb going around the entire block.

Designed for V-Ray Next GPU but should work on the CPU with minimal adjustments to materials.
